Starting Monday, July 7, 2025, in-person customer service for Utility Billing will move to Tuesdays and Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This change replaces the previous Monday/Friday schedule. We're also excited to welcome you to our new location at 2245 Ashland Street for in-person assistance.
