Each year the City reviews and updates the miscellaneous fees and charges book. The Parks Department’s review this year included the addition of Pioneer Hall and the Community Center as potentially rentable assets for the next fiscal year.
The following are the hourly rate options under consideration by the Parks Commission:
Fees for rental, services and programs assist in reducing general fund support. The next biennium budget has been adopted with identified amounts of fees being generated. The utilization rate and fees charged impact the amount of fee revenue generated.
Here is how you can engage with the Parks Commission to give your input on the proposed fees:
- Public Input will be taken at the Ashland Parks and Recreation Commission meeting in person on July 9, 2025, at 6 p.m., Council Chambers located at 1175 East Main St in Ashland.
- Written comments can be submitted to the Parks Commission via email by visiting ashlandoregon.gov/ParksCommission. The deadline is 10 a.m. on July 9.
