New construction, including the replacement of the culvert near Horn Creek Road, will be starting July 21, 2025, with an estimated completion date of December 31, 2025. In addition to the new culvert, the project will include electrical and fiber optic conduit and equipment as well as sewer, storm, irrigation, raw water and potable water piping.
