Ashland Parks and Recreation invites public feedback on a draft policy as part of a new structure guiding department policies, protocols and procedures. The Ashland Parks & Recreation Commission (APRC) is establishing a new structure for the Parks and Recreation Department’s policies, protocols and procedures collectively referred to as Direction. Going forward, part of the process of creating policies will include a period of public comment. Upon closing of the public comment period, APRC will review the policy for adoption at the June 11, 2025 regular business meeting. In addition to the public comment period, public testimony can be made at the meeting.
