Ashland Municipal Court offers a Seat belt Safety Program as a way to keep a conviction off of your driving record.
To qualify for the program you must meet the following criteria:
You have received no other seat belt violations within the last two years.
You have not participated in another seat belt program anywhere within the last two years to keep a seat belt conviction off your driving record.
You have a valid non-commercial driver's license or permit.
Your citation did not involve an accident.

Once the court approves your application, you will be placed on a mandatory 120 day diversion period during which you must pay the $115.00 program fee to the Court and complete the court approved seat belt safety course through uturn180.com.
Upon successful completion of the seat belt program, your violation will be dismissed.
