Ashland Fire & Rescue issues permits for activities and events that have the potential to create a fire or safety hazard to people, buildings, or the environment inside the city limits of Ashland. The purpose of the permit is to educate the permitee on code requirements and safe practices. Requirements for permits are based on the Oregon Fire Code and recognized standards. Permits are not valid until signed and issued by an Ashland Fire & Rescue representative.
