The Homeless Services Masterplan Committee was a Ad Hoc Committee of the Housing and Human Services Advisory Committee. The Ad Hoc was created to develop a document that outlines the City’s role in providing and supporting resources and services and that address the issues of homelessness in the Ashland Community. The objectives of the Plan were to produce a road map of the homeless response system; identify local strengths, weaknesses and performance gaps. Also, to prepare a Master Plan to guide the City of Ashland's investment in homeless services.
