As Ashland braces for gusty winds and potential power outages tonight and into tomorrow early afternoon, remember that you can help us address non-emergency issues quickly through our SeeClickFix app. Whether you spot downed trees, power outages or other storm-related concerns, our Citizen Reporting tool is here for you!
Launched in October, SeeClickFix lets residents submit reports directly to the appropriate department. From streetlight outages to park facility concerns, it’s easy to submit non-urgent issues that can wait for resolution. By registering for an account, you can also track updates on the status of your request.
Please note: SeeClickFix is not for emergencies, so we ask that you call 9-1-1. For non-urgent concerns like storm damage or downed trees on public property, use the app to submit a report.
