Ashland residents and business owners can access a variety of services utilizing the City’s NEW self-service kiosk located in the Community Development & Engineering Services Building, 51 Winburn Way, Ashland.
Users have access to the following platforms:
- Citizen Self Service (CSS): Online building, planning and public works permits; project tracking; inspection scheduling, etc.
- HdL: Online business license and home occupation permits
- Just FOIA: Online records requests
- SeeClickFix: Submit non-emergency requests and reports (graffiti, parking violations, streetlight outages, abandoned vehicles, etc.)
- LaserFiche: City’s digital records archives
- Utilities Account Portal: View utility bills, make payments online, sign up for new service or transfer service.
The City of Ashland Community Development & Engineering Services building is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. City staff is available should any assistance be needed. “We are Better Together!”
