The Social Equity and Racial Justice Advisory Committee (SERJAC) was established in 2021 and is responsible for assisting the City to seek a broad spectrum of input from Ashland community members on emerging social equity and racial justice issues. SERJAC committed to administer the Ashland Community Belonging and Welcoming Survey as part of its 2025 workplan with a goal to evaluate responses in early 2026.
