At Oak Knoll
Since 1927, golfers of all abilities have appreciated our challenging layout and beautiful setting. Owned and operated by the Ashland Parks and Recreation Department, Oak Knoll is Southern Oregon's only municipal golf course - we are truly an integral part of the Ashland community. Our par 36, 9-hole golf course is open year-round, and features a covered driving range, practice areas, and a View the page for our clubhouse.
Not a golfer? Come over and enjoy the views of Grizzly Peak and Pilot Rock from our clubhouse patio. Oak Knoll is also an excellent location for your wedding, family reunion, or party.
The course is dog-friendly. Please adhere to the following restrictions:
- Dogs are prohibited at all times from walking on sensitive areas of the course, including but not limited to greens, tee boxes, and bunkers
- Dogs are prohibited from the golf course itself when golfers are on the course

Thanks to the hard work of our golf course and parks staff, Oak Knoll Golf Course is now open again as of 11 AM, November 6th, 2025!
The driving range will remain closed indefinitely while we assess the damage and determine next steps for repairs. We’ll share updates as soon as we have them.
